FAQ
Tickets
You only need to buy one ticket per vehicle/tent site. The tickets are not for individual persons, but for your group that is in the vehicle you are arriving in and staying in. There are only 10 hookup sites and 22 dry camping sites available at this point for this event - possibly more to come.
Who’s Included in a Ticket
Your ticket covers:
- A Family of
• 2 adults
• Up to 5 kids (ages 0 -17) from your immediate family
Kids may include: your children, foster children, and siblings in your care.
Need extra tickets for your family?
Sometimes you need Grandma or Auntie to join, or maybe you have a lot of kids!
You can add additional people (family members only) to your ticket:

$85 per additional child (from the same family)

$125 for one extra family adult (18+ years old)

This does not mean you can combine two families
Send us an email at stay@theparkatswanvalley.com and we'll take care of the details with you.
All added persons will join your family on the same campsite/RV pad and get to participate in the full experience including meals and activities
Want the additional adults to have their own Campsite Instead?
Adults who prefer their own space are welcome to purchase a full family ticket (which includes their own campsite, meals, swag, activities, etc.).
Example: I am bringing 1 RV and it will be me, my wife, and 4 kids. I only need to purchase one ticket. Either a 1 "Full Hookup Site" or a "Camp Site" ticket.
Example: I am bringing Car/2 tents and it will be me, my wife, and 5 kids and grandpa. You need to purchase single "Camp Site Ticket" and an additional "Family Adult ticket for grandpa".
Example: I am bringing Rv and it will be me, my wife, and 5 kids and my brother and his wife. You need to purchase two seperate "Camp Site Ticket"s
